HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?
Most items are shipped through Jersey Post. Large and heavy packages are shipped via courier service provided by Jersey Post's global delivery partner FedEx.
Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the order. For more information please visit the Jersey Post website.
We ship our packages 'tracked' or 'signed for' depending on the destination. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please submit a safe address and communicate with your carrier about deliveries.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to most countries. If your destination country is not available during the checkout process, get in touch & we'll endeavour to find a shipping solution for you.
All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are ineligible for refund or exchange.
SHIPPING TO JERSEY
If you're placing an order from Jersey, we are happy to offer a free local delivery service for all orders over £120.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. We'll let you know once your order has been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
It is difficult to provide delivery estimates due to Customs restrictions and controls in other countries.
Jersey addresses approximately 1-3 working days.
UK, other Channel Islands and Isle of Man approximately 3-5 working days.
European addresses approximately 7-10 working days.
International destinations approximately 10-12 working days.
Estimated delivery times can be affected by external factors such as weather, transport delays, processing in the destination country etc.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS, DUTIES OR OTHER TAXES?
You, the customer, will be responsible for any & all applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. These charges are non-refundable. For more information, please contact your customs office.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us and we will do our best to make the adjustment.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on full price sales to Jersey addresses within seven days of receipt of item. You must contact us within the seven day return window. Returns will not be accepted after the seven day window ends.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. You are responsible for any packing & shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Once the returned item has been received by us, allow up to seven days for your original form of payment to be credited.
Any purchases made during sale periods are final and not eligible for return.
All items shipped outside of Jersey are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
In the rare event that you have received an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and attach a photo of the item you received. Photos of packaging and the packing slips may also be requested. We'll try to rectify the issue as quickly as we can.
